CNC Machining
Our CNC machining department is equipped with five Haas CNC milling machines and a Bridgeport CNC lathe, capable of handling complex geometries and tight tolerances across a wide range of materials. Whether you need prototypes, medium-batch runs, or full-scale production of 100 to 1000 units, our machines are optimised for efficiency, repeatability, and quality.
The Haas VM3, VM6, Mini Mill, Toolroom Mill, and Super Mini Mill form the backbone of our milling capability. These machines deliver high-speed machining with exceptional accuracy, making them ideal for complex components requiring multiple operations, tight tolerances, and superior surface finishes.
